CarsGauges is a project of Gaugefaces.com, created for those seeking OEM and OEM-like gauge faces and parts. While our main website, gaugefaces.com, offers a variety of custom gauge faces in different colors and designs, CarsGauges focuses on providing a straightforward solution for car importers and individuals who prefer no customization. Here, you will find only OEM-style gauge faces, as well as original OEM gauge faces and parts.

PAYMENTS
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, both of which are simple, quick, and secure. You can also pay with any credit card via Stripe.
SHIPPING
Items in stock typically ship within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders, with most items shipped from San Diego, CA. Normal shipping time within the US is 3-7 days via USPS.
We also have a storage facility located in Europe. International shipping times vary by location and are generally handled by standard international post. Once your package arrives in your country, it will be passed to your local postal service. Countries such as the UK, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore tend to process and deliver international parcels quickly, usually within 2 weeks. However, in some countries, like France, Italy, and Spain, customs clearance may take an additional week or more. While we strive for a smooth process, we cannot control customs processing times.
For faster delivery, we offer express shipping for an additional $40. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you.
BULK ORDERS
We manage our own production and want to keep you informed about the process and timeline for your order. Typically, production for items not in stock takes 3-4 weeks, but during busy periods, it may extend to 8 weeks. Each gauge face goes through a detailed process: we start by developing files for our printing equipment, followed by cutting the material and applying 4-11 layers of paint (depending on the model). After this, a special anti-glare matte finish is applied, and each product undergoes a quality control check before shipping.

DEFECTS AND OTHER ISSUES
We work hard to ensure that every item meets our high standards before shipping. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will promptly send a replacement. If the item does not meet your expectations, particularly regarding appearance or backlighting, please reach out to us. We learn from every experience and continuously improve our processes based on your feedback.
